It's no bad thing for people to vent their spleens, if it makes them feel better, like most of you I feel it was a disappointing result, but didn't it feel good when we went 2 1 up. I want more of that.
First says "how can we judge without information" and then judges without information. Good work there
No we were not. We played ok but a little naively. I don't think you fully understand football if you think that. We learnt from that and were better again today.
Only guessing I am afraid because I don't know what you were on about, be careful what you say as there are a lot of people out there who think that MLT is a bit special and you are asking to get flamed if you are a bit careless with your comments. Not denying you the right to say what you want but don't expect a good response.
I didn't mention his playing ability. He's being a ****er about Cortese now and he's done it several times in the past, there's even a thread about it - http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/166709-Cortese-and-Le-Tissier If people think he's not being a ****er that's fine, if people think he's not being a ****er based on nothing but "he was really, really good at football" then that's far more stupid than anything I've said.
Just got back from watching the game in a house full of United fans. It was soul-destroying.... I'm properly gutted, I thought we had it. I really did.
good game but lets be honest here Man utd could have gone up a couple of gears if they needed to.....that's the way sir Alex plays the game. he just plays to the oppositions strengths and no higher unless he is running out of time then they go up a gear just enough to win the game.....
Rambling mate, he has issues with Cortese, that is his problem, he is still passionate about the Club and is entitled to an opinion, I think he is misguided, but I cannot write off the good he did for us, over a minor personal issue, chill out, MLT is part of the History, Cortese is the present and the future, but you are not going to like everything he does, believe me.
I didn't write off any of the good he did for us? I criticised the way he was acting which is very fair. If Cortese writes a column in the programme about how much of a cock Le Tiss is then I'd think he was being just as pathetic.
Saints played so well today but will be overshadowed by van Persies hattrick. The defence still looks a little frail but noone can fault their commitment; our front three were exceptional. The team looked shocked to lose & I just hope it does not knock their confidence. Hoping Nigel can use hos psychology to get them ready for Arsenal another game with no pressure but being on zero points for too long will take its toll
dont delude yourself...you were never going to win in a month of sundays....man u were always going to win We have seen it all last season against lesser sides like you, swans, norwich and every other small club. thats the way sir Alex does things by not hammering you but doing enough to win by the odd goal..thats why he is the best manager that has ever been....
.You think he knew that they were gonna win it by 3 goals to 2 and he didn't want to win by more goals?
Are you really that ****ing stupid, we were never going to win? What are you talking about, he hardly planned to be 2-1 down with 5 minutes left.
ManU fans are among the most graceless....I know I work with a few. The Pompey fans are better because they also support their local team. If we are so minor, I wonder any ManU fan would bother to come on here.
