I am a modest fan of a modest club. You support a club who were good light years ago at this stage. These cocky statements from the above quote would hardy suggest your club haven't won a domestic title in over a quarter of a century. You now need the assistance of referees and even when you came close like last year you expected teams to rollover for you ( ie Chelsea and you lot moan to this day about their tactics although they were perfectly legitimate ) and then you expected Everton to beat City and claimed they threw the game. Yesterday the number of penalties we got was 1 less than we deserved. That happens to us every single game. The only difference is our opponent also got the same treatment. We're still getting ****ed by the refs but people are having a #meltdown that the refs are at least being consistent now.
