    Trouble is, in this league if you drop your performance levels by 5% you just won’t win games, whoever you are. And our levels have done just that in the last ten to twelve games

    We were obviously set up to contain and counter today, and though it wasn’t pretty, it was actually working. I suspect Ralph thought if we could hold them until the last fifteen, they’d get desperate and gaps would open. We’ll push on now a bit though, so it could be more entertaining.,

    The only thing that would improve this game for me would be if it got to the last minute of added time and we nicked an undeserved equaliser to ruin the trip home for the supporters and deflate Carragher’s cock.
