Sorry I just had to decapitalise the thread title as it was giving me a headache.

Hopefully in time we won't refer to those occasions as scalps.

I agree with you though we need our own bracket. It's misleading to group us with the likes of Stoke and Swansea.

I don't mind a few "It was a routine win for the Saints" headlines, but it could get a bit boring if they do it too often.

I think we've reached a level where the top sides treat us with respect...they know we will be tricky. Can't imagine why Chelsea took us so lightly.

As feared the questions aren't about the match, RonKo isn't going anywhere.

Clasie could feature if he is 100% fit.

So Shane has ligament damage...when RK says 2-4 weeks, I'm guessing it will be nearer to four weeks. Not a starter for us very often, but still a very valuable player. :( Ron very clear about Holland job...as always. Interesting that he feels preparation for the match is more mental than physical....and Leicester may be a tougher test than Chelsea. :emoticon-0136-giggl Probably true as they will no doubt defend better.

Think he is hoping to give him some time....Ron always gives players time...look how careful he is with JRod (though admittedly that was more serious).

Ronald Koeman when asked about potentially leaving Southampton for the Holland job: "No way. No possibility."

Then he added sotto voce, 'I will be here for ever and my ashes scattered on the hallowed turf of St Mary's.'
I may have been the only person to hear that.

Long's absence could mean a straight swap in for Clasie to the bench. Not a like for like, but has continuity and with JRod as a pace alternative could be a stable slot in. Obviously dependent upon how Mane returns from international duty.
