What is the guide dog pub like on match days? Will it be busy tonight? I never drink that end of town so have never been on a match day - fancied a change from the usual!
Looking forward to going to the game tonight. Should be a good atmosphere after a couple of wins. Think it's going to be a really tough game and can't call the result. It's going to be bloody cold too.
The Guide Dog will be heaving pre match and busy post match. Will be in post match, probably in the dog house, room at the back..
Cheers, dont want it so busy it takes ages to get a drink so may pop my head in the door and head to the rockstone if neccessary.
I realise that for for the last 2 years we have gone into games expecting to lose and mostly have lost. I'm still struggling to believe that we can actually win but now we can! 2-0! COME ON YOU SAINTS!!!!
I've got a sore throat, a runny nose, a bad cough and a fever despite a flu jab and the outside temperature this evening is going to be almost zero so here is one old chap who is going to stay at home in his tartan dressing gown sitting by the fire listening Whispering Dave on the wireless.
Your wife is beautiful and it’s a fecking miracle that she married you at all. Says something about your sales ability, so I’ll tip my hat to that!
Sorry, got to the petrol station and the mad sneezing happened. Came home to the warmth. Terrible fan (but then the thought of a 3 1/2 hour round trip whilst sneezing my head off, to sit in the freezing cold watching a likely one goal swing game. Apologies to Ralph!)
Guys glad to say I can’t make the game tonight....and looking at those temperatures -1 by just after 8.... does not make for a warm game!!!!
Bit of pre match good news to share with u all... My mrs had a hospital appointment earlier on today and the doctors giving her the all clear , so the cast is off and she’s back to full house work duties as of tomorrow.
