I completely agree, its not just Reading though. Its Peterbrough, Coventry, Middlesbrough away aswell. On paper, Chaplow and Butterfield coming in shouldnt weaken us enough to not still be strong favourites
And also tactically I think this could work out better than Frazer and Guly on the right. As someone has already mentioned, a tired Frazer will be vulnerable against Zaha, and Chaplow works alot harder than Guly defensively (well he works harder full stop).
This is true, and it'll be interesting to see how Nigel directs him to play...might be a game where it makes sense to have the RB making far fewer overlapping runs than is our habit no matter which one was out there, because playing quickly down the flanks is probably Palace's best means of creating chances against us.
Expect that a lot - thankfully Zaha has a terrible final product. Expect that to change today, just as a special treat for us!
