I was quite happy with being 5 points ahead. West Ham have now taken the lead against poor old Coventry, so we're back to 5.
prefer a (huge) gap between us and Boro, rather than West Ham ...8 points clear of 2nd is too weird for me
Brighton, what can I say ? negative, dirty, totally ineffective and BORING to watch. I feel sorry for them if they have to watch this crap in thier shiney new stadium every two weeks

That result flattered Brighton. We beat the rat out of them and numbers don't lie, 58% possession and their 4 shots with none on target says all we need. Gus will still moan, yes the ref was very poor, but we were best by some distance.
come on then Mr. Poyet, now bitch and moan like a 5 year old girl. Saints could have had 2 more penalties- you did not trouble Kelvin, your team showed no heart, no passion. yet you will still blame the referee and say how lucky Saints were, when if the ref had showed any consistancy the game would have been over in the first half. Rant over, hugs and kisses all round
