Well the club have agreed to cancel my ST, which surprised me actually.

We constantly pressed their 2 backs an GK with 2 players and no one else near
All they did was drew one to the GK and then the free FB ran into our half and the pressure was on immediately and then we had no Midfield. Chaos

100% agree. JWP used to run well over 10km every game. I doubt Aribo and Ugo covered that between them.

 

Pretty sure Downes is still right up there as one of the top players in the league for distance covered. I would guess that Fernandes does a lot too. But yeah, neither of them played on the weekend. So we really should have just tried to pack the midfield to try and make up for our lack of runners instead.

 

Not sure why Lallana wasn’t involved

 

Do we have to pay them less when their confidence drops, or a 50% discount at the turnstile. We should put them on 10% of their wages if they lose, 40% if they draw and 100% if they win. Get them motivated.

 

Imagine getting paid as much as the players and caring as little as they did on Saturday.

 

We won't be seeing 31k at SMS again this season and rightly so.
