Sometimes I wish we would just pump it up to Lambert when defending, Puncheon tries a one-two on the edge of our box and 10 seconds later we are 1-0 down.

 

If that was offside then I question your judgement , that was ****e absolutely woeful defending by none other than Fox .

 

Fox has been absolutely terrible today.

Defensive shambles again - looks like they are playing "Hot potato" back there! Fox giving it away repeatedly! I am sure the crowd will start to get on their backs in the second half!

 

Let's all clap together about the lack of defensive signings and not question why , yay !

 

we've been on top, looking good. just need to find a lethal touch. Mayuka on for Puncheon and keep it going. Fox is hardly to blame for our goal, it was puncheon who isnt playing that well, bit wasteful. Defence looking good Yoshi and Fonte been fairly solid and some great challenges. Overall playing well, too wasteful and some poor officialing..

 

I agree with a lot of this, however Fox has been awful.

His pass completion must be 0% again.

 

Get Rodriguez and Mayuka on for Lambert and Puncheon at half-time, and I think we'll win 2-1. We have been too hesitant with our passing and while Lambert and Ramirez have done a very good job of getting the ball into the final third we are not creating any chances with it as our passing has been very poor both in accuracy and tempo.

Adkins will have them working better in the second half and we'll see a much better performance. Ramirez to get both goals.

Worse thing to happen so far was lallana who I think has been poor so far got in the way of ramirez who would have had a shot from 6 yards, that absolutely infuriated me.

 

What has the defence done wrong today then?

 

FFS, starts to feel like we're on top, then we're 1-0 down, balls! Adkins has to keep their heads up. We need this so bloody badly.

 

He is one of the many i refer to being as wasteful, Lmabert doesn't look his usual self too.

 

Because we were not prepared to pay bloody stupid money .

He should be questioned along with Cortese not sacked , transparency for allowing such a ****e defence to enter the fray on our cities behalf .
