Yep and he looked low on confidence very early on, but grew into that half well and had a good game.

Wish Matty would cut out these brain fart passes that have crept into his game. Does plenty of good, but boy o boy has he put us in trouble.

I have always said that the players are better than the team. Some fans talked as if our players were dross, but they aren't. Not top 6 players, but certainly should be doing better than they are....so I'm going for manager mismatches.

I am going to keep an eye on our recent purchases and see how well they do under Ralph....I suspect that they weren't bad purchases, but there was a disjoint between the players we had and what the managers wanted.

Was lovely to see our corner routines looking threatening too. Surprised at 36% possession. Felt like more.

Still watching SSN waiting to hear about our game.....but all they do is talk about Chelsea,Liverpool v Man U, spurs new ground, golf and American football :headbang:

If we had lost it would be on a 5 minute loop.

One last thing - Charlie ran (hard) more in that 20 minutes than the rest of the season combined. Good on him.

I was as well. But that's a good thing. It shows we were efficient in possession and not farting around with the ball like we were at Cardiff.

Jamie Redknapp is a pillock - “Aubameyang is pulling onto Yoshida every time Arsenal get the ball. He knows there’s a total mismatch in pace”.

Mate, if that was what he was thinking, he’d have been pulling onto Vestegaard, not one of our quickest players.

It’s belief mate. That’s what that feeling is, and both the players and crowd seemed to have it today; even when surrendering the lead twice.

Yes, was it a corner that led to the disallowed goal. Great header and save from Maya

Last week Jamie said our biggest problem this season was not giving enough game time to Charlie...

I was mightily impressed with Danny's pressing from the front considering that he has been out injured for a while.

Our pressing as a whole, while obviously a work in progress, really was brilliant at times.

Stu has quickly become one of the first names on the teamsheet along with Pierre, Redders and Danny when fit which makes it perplexing as to why he got so little game time earlier in the season.
