yep helps to settle the stomach , works every time Pint of milk to start and pint to finish!

 

Must say some areas of the old city are quite "quaint"

 

I used to use that adage back in the day Milk to line the stomach at the start of a session, must admit used to forget the one at the end of the night

 

Norway, our train gets in just before 11.00 - we will be heading for the Spoons just around the corner from Yates for some breakfast/lunch and a few more beers (we will have started at 08.00 when we leave bandit country!)...might be a bit messy already - then onto Yates.
