    I agree. But whos to say that whoever does take over if we are sold is not going to 'properly manage' us. Nicola has done so well that many people seem to think he is the only person in the world capable of continuing the good job.

    Don't fix what ain't broke. He vies for being the best Chairman in living memory, and maybe the best Chairman total. He'd be a very hard act to follow indeed. That's why people don't want him to leave. Maybe not the only person, but perhaps one of the few.
