Swamp , I don't have a lot of use for pundits , saying good things or not . Fans on forums are ten times better for retrieving GOOD info as long as you know how to decipher info & from who you get it . I do see your thinking on how you came to your conclusion though , I mean who wouldn't want to believe someone whose telling you how great you are , pundit or not . Aber Manu are certainly not a shadow of previous years, but they are below their high standards, but they are a team in transition, and all the best teams go through ups and downs, but generally it has not been a good year for Premiership teams in the Champions League! Many reason for that too, but don't worry aber, the Swans will be there next year dude, Champions League that is..........
The Premier League is still a higher standard than the Championship and in my view the Championship is poorer this year than last.
We've had it too, probably to a lesser extent to you as you've got some marquee wins against man city etc Firstly, underlings like Ipswich and Cardiff are always going to try and undermine our achievements it's in their nature as small clubs. They couldn't achieve what we have because they haven't got the bottle. Secondly, your average "Big team supporter" is a stock mong, knows nothing about football and when they're "Team"(that they've seen once in the last decade) is beaten or held by a team they've never heard of they resort to simple mud-slinging, violence (or crying in man citys case... pathetic) because thats all they can produce as a reaction in their tiny minds. For Swansea and Norwich to come up to the prem this season, spend the money they have, and come out the other side playing good football with great prospects is an unblievable achievement and has certainly re-asserted my belief in the miracle of football. We will both become established premier league football teams, our structures are just too strong for that not to happen. So the big boys are going to have to put up with it. Hopefully we're the first wave of a new breed of football club. Good luck for the rest of the season, but we'll fight you all the way for "Highest promoted" spot. The Chase Is On!
