Onto the DG issue. With a £2.5m opening salvo I suspect the figure will end up being in the £3-3.5m backet, maybe with an add-on based on QPR staying up or Prem goals scored or similar.

If another club shows an interest however, that figure may approach the £5m we would all want (at least).

l wouldn't accept 2.5 mill for him he's worth 3.5 mill of anybodys money,and i wouldn't take any notice of talk sport keys and grey had us hung out to dry over the points fiasco

Probably is just a sumemr hols... and maybe he's just mucking about with regards to the speculation about Newcastle after him... But if Newcastle come to the table, then hopefully it should up the bidding a fair bit!
