BR will sign his targets eventually . Soriano looked the biz (on the youtube clips anyway!) but there are great players being linked every week now. Becchio rumour ...wonder if there's anything to it? But Lita, Emnes,Gudjonnson,Ched Evans...all great players. I think he'll add a couple of strikers as back up . If any of above aren't signed hopefully the scouts have a list of more affordable (yet right quality) of players from the continent.
Gudjohnson would be fantastic if he's affordable because of his experience, imagine the knowledge he could pass onto our lads from his time at Chelsea and Barca. Emnes would be OK as he can cover for Sinclair/Dyer as well but Boro want too much.
I have faith that's there's lots of transfer work going on behind the scenes. The transfer Market needs the super clubs to start moves in ernest to create the transfer ripple effect.
The only problem is that the real bargains will only be got after pre season is almost over giving no time to integrate .
Good point nottage. Man u always buy players early to pre season tour, but they of course have big spending power. I think DJ Campbell will be good signing for someone.
