A day of calls tomorrow is required. Get a complaint reference number. When I asked if black people or gays are told what words will offend them it seemed to wrong foot the guy. I will be following it up tomorrow because he sidetracked me into complaining about footage on the tv, which is more their remit tbh but they either commissioned or carried out the survey so they should be dealing with it or making it clear it isn't within their remit IMO.
Also remember to tell them you're calling as a Scottish Protestant and the word has very different connotations here.
