"Obviously Cathcart Road was very busy at this time so plenty people would have been about when this happened. I would appeal to them or indeed any of the group which we believe the man was with, to contact police."

Obviously ****ing loads of folk will come forward as witnesses <somersault>

i know a few of those Hayes Bhoys. They used to do the same at Captain Morgan's in Greenford. Flew up with a couple of them a few times back in the olden days.

Was watching that in a post that quoted it thinking wtf - a traffic junction and some chanting. Chopping videos: probably the coolest feature on the site.

Celtic fans have raised money to get the wee taig some new teeth and presumably some club realignment therapy.... Although it's nice to see who has donated.

CELTIC supporters have clubbed together to help raise nearly £2000 for Kieran Duffy, the (new)Rangers fan injured after a bottle was thrown onto a supporters’ bus before Sunday’s O** F***clash.

The 10-year-old - who was attending his first match between the two rivals - had his teeth knocked out after a glass beer bottle was thrown through the side door of the coach when it was sat in traffic on the Cathcart Road in Mount Florida on the way to Hampden stadium.

The young fan, who was with his twin brother Declan and father Robert, had to be taken to hospital to receive stitches following the attack.

And big-hearted football fans have dug deep in their pockets to donate to a fund set up for the young (new)Rangers fan.

Rod Lee, who started the fundraising effort on gofundme.com, posted: “This is a fund for the wee lad that was bottled in the face at the Celtic (new)Rangers game.

“As a Celtic supporter I am ashamed of the actions of one of our own. I hope you join me in raising a wee bit of money for the lad.

“I don’t know your name yet, but hope you will grow up realising that there is good as well as evil in this world.

“From me.....I’m sorry this has happened, and on behalf of Celtic supporters we stand ashamed and angry.”

A number of people posted messages along with their donations, with Glen Masson writing: “Wee man and fellow (new)Ranger, I wish you a speedy recovery. It’s a disgrace what happened to you on Sunday.

“Just remember that not all Celtic fans behave in the same way as the cowardly thug who threw the bottle at you.

“There are more good Celtic fans than evil and good will always overcome evil.”

Celtic fan Ernie Rea added: “Whoever did this to the young boy is an absolute disgrace. I’m completely embarrassed by this idiot’s actions. I want to apologise to the young boy and his family on behalf of a real Celtic fan.”

One anonymous person donated £100 to the fund, while there were also a handful of £50 donations.

Mike ***an, who donated £25, wrote: “Money won’t undo the harm, but it lets the wee man know that the vast majority of Jock Tamson’s bairns are walking right beside him, no matter what colours they wear.”

Fans of other clubs including Hibernian, Tottenham Hotspur, Greenock Morton and Falkirk have also donated money to the fundraiser.

There's no credit to be gained in raising money for Huns. They only waste it on magic beans and moonbeams.

The good people at Saatchi and Saatchi advised against using that as a slogan.
