I had an idea for an ISIS Cluedo game, but it always ends with Jihadi John with the dagger in the sand pit.
That's worryingly more true than it should be. Avoid the Newcombe Arms on match day. In fact you yourself should probably never go in there.
A season ticket to watch East Stirling costs £150. So I'd probably go and watch München, the flights would be about the same.
Shamrock Rovers only €200,cheap Ryanair flights and the best Irish hospitality http://www.shamrockrovers.ie/news/latest-news/4101-2016-season-tickets
How much TV revenue do Celtic receive? We are forever being reminded how rich the EPL is and it's true, over the last five years or so the money in England has went off the scale. Yet the fans are still being charged extortionate prices for season books and tickets. Surely there is no need to rip the fans off if the clubs are receiving tens of millions each season in TV money. Total greed and not a bit of need..
Approximately 500 quid I think. I could check the site but can't be ****ed. Point is, along with merchandising, season ticket and match day revenue is Celtic's main source of income. With the money made in England on TV alone, clubs could charge the same as in Germany for season tickets and match days, and still be stinking rich, but EPL is run on greed. When it goes tits up, which it must do at some point as it's unsustainable, it'll be pretty funny.
I don't disagree with any of that (aside from the last sentence if Watford go bust!) but it's a bit rich for a dodgy prick like Hoeness to be lecturing anyone.
Pretty sure there will still be a huge demand from milions of people globally wanting to purchase TV rights for the EPL and Arsenal is the most expensive side in the World to watch but they still sell out most games. You sound very bitter Nicky and If you and Dev are eagerly awaiting the day the EPL implodes sending the mighty Celtic back to their rightful place as a European powerhouse then you will be waiting a few more years. It's not as if you can get one over us in the Euros or even the 6 nations rugger. But but but we only have a small population says Dev. I agree that the prices are too high but if there is a demand then people will pay up or watch on a stream in their bedrooms getting all upity .
Rangers are nailed on to go back up and dominate the SPL for a decade or two and Aberdeen look like they may keep their place warm for them this season with the Tims on the decline .
