Yesterday was poor, but the previous Saturday's second half performance was its polar opposite.

I would look at the performance at Port Vale and the second half at Carlisle and concentrate on that.

Above all do not go giddy over every game.

My staff weather it be in the workshops, sales,or reception give 110%,personally do not have issues with any department in the unlikely event i would deal with it in the best possible way for all concerned.

If those players gave 100% the club would not be sitting at the bottom of the table.

SoD is on a hiding to nothing,The blame starts at the very top with Mr S Lansdown,SoD is the figure takeing all the crap for the bad running of BCFC over the last four years.

Which you are doing the exact opposit? Maybe Port Vale and Carlisle second half will keep us in this division!! I've sat back, on my opinion of SoD even got ridiculed that I didn't think we would even get to play off position so don't accuse me off going giddy over every game!

I've waited long enough to see if I believe he can change things and the answers no. Even the poorest sides mange to win and look word beaters once in a while. But if you look at your 120 minutes and compare it against the countless minutes we have been complete dog ****. I know which side of the fence I'm on.

So don't accuse me off going giddy over every game ... I didn't.

There is a overwhelming tendency on forums to be extreme. Those who went to recent away games could be mistaken they are looking at another teams website here.

I didn't expect play off's, only different, more effective. The good bits in recent games have been that, good. So hopefully City can increase that, and don't become morbid over the negatives.

I've been the one advocating patience, but I've finally ran out. I would of thought getting that monkey of our back would of allowed the team to open up and play like SoD bangs on about. Not get a footballing lesson AT home by Oldham with a manger who was blamed for anything that went wrong with us. Also he has only been at Oldham a lot less than the manager we have. What's pissed me off is he's saying the club has been in decline for years (I agree with) but when he plays only one or two ex players the rest are his recruitments, who he believed would play his way.
As I said even the worse teams can look good in one and a half games out of 30+, look at the gasheads drew with second place, beat table leaders away, but lost to Accrington Stanley.
You can keep you're SoD is the man for us if you want, I'm not asking you to change. Swindon away was my doubts coming in, I thought they out played us used the whole of the pitch to effectiveness. We are too narrow and these are the teams he sets up.

Again it can be about perceptions. If more had seen recent away games their perception will alter. The poor performance v Oldham is offset by far superior performances away from Ashton Gate.

A parallel occurred under McInnes. Away from home City were horrible early in the season, but results at home offset that feel. By horrible I mean, not applying themselves that manifested itself later at home e.g Wolves, Leicester. By horrible again I mean unable to keep to a obvious defensive shape. The effort was questionable often, giving up also ocurred. Traits I do not witness in O'driscolls teams.

They are not a shambles ... If they were I would take the attitude I did with McInnes. As it is I have witnessed different, far different. Get somewhere level between the different is still possible.

It may go the other way soon and we see a team like McCinnes's beaten heavily before kick off, morose in body language, unable to function, unable to mark players correctly etc. That is that Leicester moment.

But I gave an away scenario Swindon. So is it because they need to be 100 mile radius from Bristol.

I went to Swindon, they were clearly trying. I found the defensive calamity stemming from midfield amusing, so amusing I showed it to my son as an example of what not to do. Under McInnes that was weekly. There could be several in one half. It was laughable how poor the team was.

City's results have been poor, but performance level. On here I read "worst ever", "inept", "can't motivate" .... However the team is not getting mullered every week, I cannot name three or four really bad performances on the spin, despite the lynch mob "worst ever", "inept", "can't motivate" .... The performance level doesn't bear it out. Get closer to Port Vale and aspects of Carlise in recent weeks its all ok, go the other way and he goes.
