The "lady" in question has trivialised rape for personal gain. If she is ever brought to justice, she should be sent to DR Congo or some other ****hole where rape is used as a military tactic.
Where's the evidence it was tweeted then deleted? Was it produced in court? Were they produced in evidence at his appeal hearing? Surely they would be if they were so compelling? The fact is it never existed, the only people saying it did are Ched's friends and family whose website you appear to to take as gospel. Find another source - a reliable and unbiased one - that proves these tweets ever existed then show me that.
If it was fake, she'd take action against the website's creators. Just as she did against the people who named her on Facebook.
Some of the attitudes displayed on this thread suggests that many of you would think nothing of raping a woman who was for all intents and purposes non compos mentis.
As I said all along most of the people responding are at it, some are not, which is really quite worrying.
Strikes me that the girl has no shame - rape or consensual she has let the world know that she has had sex with a Welsher.
