I hope the new moderator won't make a habit of closing threads started by Arsenal fans, on the Arsenal board, simply because some Spuds don't like the content. The Spuds came into the other thread simply to make personal attacks against the op and they should have been dealt with, not supported by a moderator.

For shame.

 

Probably best to PM the mod in mind Mrs C and discuss it there

You could have PM me but anyway I will respond here. That article was by a known wum that only has one purpose and that is to wum Spurs fans. I am not going to have double standards and hate wums that try and wind us up and then ignore a thread where one idiot's sole purpose is to try and wum Spurs fan by using our board as his vehicle since he got banned from the Spurs board. That article was just attracting people who where just abusing him. I do not see the benefit of an article like that being the top thread on our board when it has nothing to with Arsenal. Also next time if you have a problem please PM instead.

 

So you did close a thread on OUR board because it upset some of your Spud friends. Might I suggest you go take a look at the threads on their board, started by some of those whos sensibilities your are so keen to protect and then come back and talk about double standards.

I shall use PM if and when I choose to, but much prefer open debate. Thanks for the advice though

 

Let me refer you to the first three comments from that thread which I had to close.

Case closed. Arsenal fans not seeing the point of the article. If I saw it earlier then I would have closed it before any Spurs fan saw the article. Also this one will be closed too because you are using this thread instead of a PM to air your personal issues. Does not work that way and again this article is not in the interest of other users. This is a personal problem that you have and you should have PM instead.
