TWF - respected people in the game have said it is only a matter of time until a woman is appointed as manager of a man's team. Ms Powell to be Women's England manager will be just as qualified in terms of coaching badges, person-management (which some of our previous managers have been lacking in) and dealing with the media and maybe even more so than some of the names being linked to us. So no it's not a joke to want the best person for the job - even if you and some others may think it's a F-ing joke.
