I once wrote an email to a pie maker. I bought a vegan pie. (You know where this is going) I told them that I thoroughly enjoyed the pie but when I have eaten their mince pies there was mince inthem. When I have had their steak pies there had been steak in them.... I got a response from the customer support people thanking me for my correspondence. They had passed it on to their marketing division. That was the last I heard from them.
