    That was actually a joke response on Twitter this morning to the news of the Kwasi U-turn on tax cuts - am fairly certain that BBC Scotland didn't/wouldn't have reported anything like that.

    Their policy wouldn't allow them to report on anything that might run the risk of being spun to make the current Scottish government look good. In fact they are the ones who canvassed high earners for quotes on whether or not they would leave Scotland if the Scottish government refused to implement the tax cuts - and ran with a few who obliged, notably Roddy Dunlop KC.
