Agreed. The euphoria is understandable but it's just 3 points and we need at least another 10 against some daunting opposition. They will be difficult games and we will have to close out the games against West Brom and Stoke as well as pick up some unlikely points against the bigger boys if we are to stand any chance at all. It seems that when the big guys come to Loftus Road they can't cope with the combination of the team playing as if their lives depended on it and our fans being up for it. Can we create that level of support away from home? Those who still have not but are able to do so should get tickets for Man Utd. We respond to our players efforts. In turn, they do to our support. We can only get there by all of us giving it our best shot.
Lovely comment, I suspect slightly tongue in cheek! Of course, we face a huge, huge task and to come away with anything will surely at least match those other 3 games in terms of achievement. Dare to dream.

People keep pointing out that we only beat 9 men against Chelsea. Let's not forget that we played our part in that as a crowd by unsettling them to the point where they made awful mistakes/challenges. In some ways, that game was my favorite precisely for that reason; it was the game in which the crowd most affected matters on the pitch.
Big scalps, little scalps, bald ones, hirsute ones, ginger grey black blond or mousy; same points for each We need them all, keep them coming!!
when we beat them 4 1 wasnt the same true. we were only there to be beaten on national tv as united were on the way to win the league keep the faith 17th certainly was drunk after that result
As ever District Line you underplay our contempt for you. Arsenal was a great performance, Liverpool was great theatre but for those of us brought up in West London beating the scum is like reaffirming your religious or political beliefs.
Of course opinions will differ, part of what is great about football but I read somewhere that Liverpool had never surrendered a 2 goal lead and to do it being 2 goals down with only 12 minutes remaining was incredible. When we beat Sp*rs 6-1 at WHL and A*senal 5-0 at Highbury I remember having more elation than when we beat United 5-0 simply because it was a one-off feat which was unlikely to be repeated in my lifetime, similar to Liverpool losing 3-2 after being 2-0 up with 12 mins remaining
I think it's fair to say we never expected to beat Chelsea when we played them, the whole build-up had been about the run they were on and them closing in on the two Mancs. That made the day so special for us. The Liverpool result wasn't as much of a surprise other than the comeback, you might have forecast that score at the start but not after 77 minutes. The Arsenal result was totally unexpected due to Cisse's suspension and their winning run. If we do go down we'll at least have some fantastic memories of our manic season...
Interesting thread with nice contributions by two highly respectful non-Rs - always welcome on here imo. As for my response to the question: which is the better of three gold bars? The prospect of four or five! (Although I can't see that coming this weekend... )
I would normally have said Chelsea. because it's well Chelsea but as mentioned by others it was little cheapened by having them reduced to 9. So I gotta say Liverpool on account of the way we came back and did them with 3 in what was it, the last 13 minutes? If however, we do Chelsea again or get a win in Manchester, I reserve the right to change my mind
