His game is to get as much mileage from winding up Piskie & co as he can. Why he does it, I don't really know.

That's why I have decided to weigh in.
When half the threads on the PL forum front page are about, or started by, HIAG, it starts to get a little tiresome.
He clearly isn't going to stop his shenanigans so the best way to stop it is to ignore him.
But the "segs" as he calls them, wont allow it, they keep making new posts etc claiming they are loving all this "ripping the piss", when all i see is one sad, mentally fragile individual, attention seeker making a fool of himself and getting ganged up on and ridiculed by a bunch of people who should be old enough to know better.
I think Piskie, Ginger and Tobes need to move on and get a new hobby.
And I think HIAG should get himself tested for Autism....because I am seriously seeing some Matth level attention whoring coming from the guy.
If you want to revel in something, make it something positive HIAG

Whether he wants to self identify as a "WUM master" is irrelevant, and ultimately, childish.
He does wind people up, so he has that part down.
My point is, he should ask himself why winding up people on a football forum is so important to him, and why he feels its important to do it.
It depends what you mean by a Wum. Literal definition is a wind-up.
Now, if you qualify that as being able to get people at it without then realising what your game is. Or getting them to believe something that you know will wind them up is actually true, then yes, he's at least partially failed.
If, however, you mean a wind-up as in getting others into a frothing at the mouth feeding frenzy, then I'd say he's done a pretty good job!..
