I didn't enjoy being left out of the going ons of the Club I support and I certainly didn't like him disrespecting our fan base. If just because he took the mick out of Burnsy made you respect him, fair enough.
I liked Pearsons approach to the media to be honest, and Barmby was just the shame. Burnsie and the Fail crew are a shambles as journalists. The fans have a performing seal now to support at interviews in Brucie in any case so should be no more complaints.
What goings on at the club did you want to know about? Training ground spats? Dressing room feuds? Contract negotiations?
Any of them would have allowed us to know about player morale at least. And basically anything to do with transfers in and out, answering the basic and reasonable questions that would have told us something. He's the only manager of this Club that I've seen be like he is towards the media and fans. Disrespectful arsehole.
I can't recall any previous City managers discussing transfer targets in the media It would be highly unprofessional to do so This isn't some ****ing pub team, ffs
Obviously they don't just say who they're planning to sign and who they want to get rid of... They do however, try and drop hints when asked about a player, either by how they answer and what they say.
