Walking around with shoes in your home, never understood it. Seems to be a non Nordic/eastern Asian thing mainly. Especially since you English LOVE wall-to-wall carpeting Your turn
I can't remember seeing a single shoe rack during 5 years in England It was shoes on (housemates) + wall to wall carpet @ both places I lived in whiles in London. please log in to view this image
I have a good selection of slippers but like to call them house shoes. My house shoes are never worn outdoors. Ever.
Looks like you were living with a pair of scruffy ****s mate. it’s definitely not the norm in England.
I'm not in England. There are no carpets, winter is coming, the floors are cold. I wear slipper socks, socks or slippers in the house, not outdoor shoes. When it was summer I walked barefoot in the house.
Going into town after a night in the local. I’m already pissed, I really don’t need more booze, yet I constantly find myself in a taxi heading for more drink. People who take pictures of their food. We get it, you think you’re a good cook. I can’t imagine asking somebody in real life what they were having for tea, such a boring line of conversation it’s almost inane. Why people say “right” and slap their legs before they leave a social situation.
Double dippers, when there is food in a bowl with its own serving tools on the table for all to share, why the **** do some people use their personal fork to eat from said bowl. Kempton needs to get **** of the month up and running again.
Nah, I don't discriminate the larger ones Good to see that they exist in the UK tho! Another thing I don't understand. People that almost seem surprised @ the checkout when the cashier tells them how much it'll cost. "Oh, I'mma just look for my wallet" "Hmm, I'm gonna have to transfer some money from my savings account" This guy is on to something (American way) early on in this one
