    What I said above. There were two separate cases with two spearate verdicts. Guilty of defamation and 3 years for it (she has already served that) but acquitted of the murder

    I know. I mean, what a nightmare for her. (I've not been following closely enough to know whether Amanda Knox ought to be considered guilty or not - my wife says she's guilty as all hell - but what a kick in the guts for the Kercher family.)

    I feel dirty for watching this. It's great.

    It's a ****ing disgrace. I'm a law student, and i'm sorry, all the evidence points to Knox and Sollecito committing the murder. Does evidence not count as relevant information for a trial anymore? I'm off to stab my neighbours, and then get away with it.

    I bloody hope the prosecution appeal this decision, it's not fair for the parents to watch the people who butchered their daughter walk free.

    She goes free and she will make an absolute fortune by selling the story to the tabloid with the deepest pockets and yet the family of the victim are put through a fresh hell. What a disgrace.

    there were many discrepancies in the evidence as well as contaminated evidence...shakey case !

    Problem was it was a tabliod case...sensasionlised due to it involving a female and possible sex games

    No one on here can see she is 100% guilty! Was she involved - no one knows for sure - especially on here!
