    Danny Cowley's odds in the past few hours have dropped from 5/1 to 3/1, but it's probably based on little more than us announcing we've made contact.

    Pennock remains favourite, but I'd still be surprised if he took it.

    I would because if so then yes he would probably get a pay rise but with no investment it wouldn't be long before the sack follows

    Just when you think it couldn't get any worse!! Oh Dear. Dean Windass volunteers to manage Hull City "for free" after Nigel Adkins exit, HDM article;

    Hull City legend Dean Windass says he would manage the club “for free” in the wake of Nigel Adkins’ departure from the KCOM Stadium.

    Windass, who was left “devastated” when losing his job as club ambassador last month, has taken to social media to say he would love the chance to lead City.

    “I would be manager for Hull City for free, I would crawl there,” he wrote on Twitter.

    I think the only crawl he'll be doing is a pub crawl. Have some self respect Dean.

    Our next manager will be foreign and not know about the allams. They will be told it's a great chance to become a Prem manager ect ect ect.............

    Im just wondering how the talks will go between the owners and the next potential manager..

    Is there money to spend? Not really..
    Whats the aim this season? Survival?
    Who will be sold? Anybody..
