I get HD free with Sky because I'm colour blind, I told them I find it hard to differentiate between club colours in non-HD so I might as well cancel my sports package and they gave me it for nowt, forever.

I am colourblind CP4 ****ing useless, so I'm not lying completely, just a bit.
 
I'm literally not going anywhere atm -a couple of hours ago I managed to immobilise myself with a slipped disc or trapped nerve -whilst bending over to taking a baking tray out of the kitchen cupboard <doh>

pissed off as it's my mates 40th tonight and I was planning to have a night off and have a few :emoticon-0167-beer: 's with him down the pub

It's not in you right arm is it.??????
I've a trapped nerve and severe pain in my right arm
Op very soon can't lie down to sleep
Awake most of the night
Very difficult to type
A bit easer on my iPad
I hope you get you trapped nerve sorted soon
