I doubt that we do need a second one at present. Should H feel in need of support at any time she only needs to ask and I am sure that someone would come forward. Looking this evening at another board, and I will not say which one, it does seem that there have been some real upsets going on lately between that sites mods and the super mods. I have some views on how the site is moderated, but after my last little spat I did say I would shut up and intend to keep it that way.
