    The next stage in Ramsey's development is clearly to improve his forward play. I think he has the talent to do that because he showed his ability in the final third before the leg break. He could shoot with both feet and used to make excellent forward passes. If he can rediscover that, then we have a proper CM on our hands.

    His shooting must be worse than Gibbs, but everything else has improved

    I know, it's awful. But I always remember this goal he scored before his injury. His shooting was pretty good then, and he could shoot with both feet. This one is with his weaker foot.

    I am a big fan of Ramsey.

    I think he does a lot of the fetching and carrying for the team. He may not make the highlight reel at either end, but if there is a break against us, he is the one running 50yards to get goalside and slow them down. If someone is trapped against the touchline with the ball, he is the one that runs over to support them.

    If the attack is looking static, he makes the run off the ball to make the defense start having to react.

    I think he is becoming a top, top player. It wouldn't surprise me if he was the first one Wenger wrote on the team-sheet yesterday.
