I think he's joking, he does that a lot.

 

Figueroa should have just been sent off. He was off te floor, leg outstretched, foot high... Dangerous, dangerous tackle.

 

I haven't seen this, was it a high-foot or an actual tackle? I couldn't tell from Burnsy's description or yours.
