24 (Jack Bauer) series, the best by far. The Blacklist Arrow House of Cards(not as good as the uk version mind) Criminal Minds Homeland Spooks C.S.I. NCIS Ultimate Force
Some really good series listed - I particularly enjoyed Deadwood. Recently I've managed to look back at some older stuff on Kodi and I'd forgotten how funny Brass (starring Timothy West) was - other series such as Hot Metal, Drop the Dead Donkey and Teachers were great.
Almost forgot Breaking Bad. I also enjoyed "The Interceptor" which was on BBC.1 recently. A new series of "Luther" is due to start soon. Some good new shows now started on normal tv atm. Not had chance to watch any of them yet.
A reboot of 80's classic tv series The A TEAM is in pre-production atm. Series being written by Albert Kim and the executive producer is the daughter "Tawnia McKiernan" of the original writer Stephen J. Cannell. Should be interesting to see who is cast in the 4 leading roles of the new series and if any part / cameo role can be found for the 3 surviving original cast members. ++++++ BBC are planning an updated version of 70's classic comedy show "Some Mothers Do Av Em" . Now this should be left in the past.
Fargo Season 2 opened last night and was excellent, Massacre at Sioux Falls, great cast, 30 years prequel to season 1, recommended watch.
Episode 4 of The Bridge Series 3 was shown here last night. Getting very, very good. Try and keep alive until 2016 when it will be shown on the BBC - I guess there's no point streaming it or getting a link now if you don't understand Swedish, Danish or Norwegian (which I watch it in, via subtitles). I think you'll enjoy it. ESSEX GULL
I saw a couple of episodes of the first series, then left the country... I'm not the target market, but could see the appeal to a certain sector of Britain, but still amazed it, and the Chelsea version, are still going 6 years later. ESSEX GULL
I think they've got to show it on Scandi tv, ie. the state tv production backers - same as happened with Lilyhammer, before it's licensed out for international viewing - there's 6 more episodes (6 more weeks) as of next Monday, so guessing just before Xmas for the UK at the earliest, unless the agreements have been changed and you get it earlier. Having said that, I prefer to binge watch series over a few days, rather than a bit a week, so an allinone lump on iPlayer would be preferable if I could hold off. It's getting great reviews so far, so imagine a series 4 will be made. ESSEX GULL
Thanks.I googled a BBC website but the announcement of late autumn was made in August. Sooner the better. Can't remember which foreign series were involved but occasionally you had double episodes which I much preferred to weekly which was too long to wait.
Enjoying Season 6 of Walking Dead far more than the previous few seasons so far. It might turn out to be half decent yet. In other news, the wife still likes Home and Away and the lad is partial to a bit of Hollyoaks. I have failed as a family leader.
Yeah agreed. Totally wasn't expecting that in last nights episode to explain that blaring siren. It really is getting better imo. I don't blame you for your missus, they're strange creatures. Your lad though. Hollyoaks. Shame on you.
Nightingale. Just watched it. War veteran descends into madness. Its a one man play really. Very disturbing.
