    Borussia Dortmund expect me to win the league with 180k budget and 630k wage budget when your already spending 632k on wages joke i think i might have to give up with them

    Gutierrez is amazing on Footie Manager, Tiote refuses to play for me and the partnership of Andy Johnson and Leon Best is EPIC!

    and shola is always injured.

    Great game, update has improved it I think, make sure you get that. It's easy to install as well if you don't use steam, just download it and execute it, then it does the rest.

    I currently manage Soderhamn in season 2012/13.

    I've got previous with Steam. Downloaded it, played for a few days, laptop died so bought a new one. Contacted Steam to download again and told I had to purchase again as it's one license per machine. Sent the autopsy report from the manufacturer to back my claims it died but they wouldn't budge.

    I've ordered the PSP version now so will get to grips at the weekend.

    Usually you can use the same license for more than one machine. I loaned my copy of FM to a mate so we could both play network and it worked fine?

    I do **** every time with Newcastle. The players are always falling out with each other, ask to meet with you and then say you've treated them unfairly. Morale takes a nose dive, results are **** and I give up! Doing better with Exeter City in league 2. Sign players on loan from PL clubs and you can't go wrong. Signed Kelly on loan from Liverpool and he's doing the job at CB. Currently 9th mid way through the first season. Can be a frustrating game.

    I'm a quarter of a way through my 3rd season with Dover now, sitting 3rd in League 2 after winning the Conference South then the Conference back to back and the FA Trophy - no cheating either, chuffed to bits!
    Dunno if we'll finish in the promotion spots/play-offs, but thanks to some shrewd loan deals/frees and wheeler dealing (especially shipping out the players not good enough to help the team survive the first season of league football) it's going well so far.

    i finished 5th in the second season sign james mcfadden he got player of the season voted by fans and the premier league :L quality buy haha

    Gameiro got players player and young player of the year and was second top goal scorer for £5m, received an offer of £15m for him for Chelsea in the summer...

    That can be annoying, I had less then that when I managed a club that couldn't afford to pay wages to players (or me..cheap bastards), took me 3 season to build up a few million £ to then go on and get Professional status and actually win things!

    Ah, yeah I did this with 2009 and 2010 <ok>.

    I'm much too impatient for that, as soon as another club wants me as their manager I usually accept and bugger off <laugh>

    My advice to any lower league team is to get a decent standard squad and get 3-4 good loans in, one in: Goalkeeper, centre back, centre midfield, striker
