Maybe, but from what I can remember about his coaching career, the outstanding thing is that his success hasn't been built on lashings of Euros.
He spent a fair bit with Sporting and Olympiakos, but yeah Estoril and our success this season is mainly on the back of bargain bin jobs.
He spent just under €20m at Olympiakos, and less at Sporting (in fact, after player sales, he only actually spent €7m).
