Glad you have come out of this OK RTID.

It may struggle. It may be over pressured. It's certainly understaffed & underfunded, but the NHS is still the envy of most.

It's only when you need it that you realise how good it is!

Good luck RTID! I was diagnosed with the same or similar over 2 years ago. It's very common. I have had both flutter and flimmer. Take medicine, blood thinner mainly, and have been given electro shocks to the chest that gets the pulse regular again but only for a while in my case. Had an operation, ablation (sp?) In January that I hope has fixed the problem though the Specialists who did this thought I'd be back. All the Doctors tell me exercise is good so I do a lot. Unfortunately they say alkohol is bad and as they seem right about that,I can't drink much now without feeling it very quick, I've had to reduce that. Keeping your cycling going if you feel OK is probably the best thing you can do, in my experience anyway. Stay strong!
Good advice. Tx. I agree re alcohol.

Well done mate, as you know, went thru a similar situation a couple of years ago.

It makes you really appreciate the simple things in life, not mention your family and good lady.
Hope your all good now, mate.
Cheers,
Aussie

Sorry to hear about this RTID, you must have been bricking it at the time. Good to hear you're on the mend, take it easy and all the best for a speedy recovery, although yesterday's performance will have done your blood pressure no good at all!...

Went to work to collect my bike yesterday. First opportunity after recuperating. It was nicked!
Gated entry and cctv. Gate yanked open with considerable force, twist the D-lock with another piece of metal and away she goes.
£500 with modifications I made and a £250 excess!!
Thoroughly annoying but next to a normal working ticker, small dibs.
