Hull
6 points in front of us with 5 games to go (including our game on the last day of the season) can we catch them?

There fixtures:

Forest (H)
Charlton (H)
Burnley A)
Bolton (H)
Hull (A)

If we can be 2 points behind going into the last game, we are in for a very interesting finish

everyone questioned my faith in the Tigers, saying that we will grab top spot!

OF COURSE WE CAN OVERTAKE THEM!!

REMEMBER!! I WAS THE FIRST TO SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MUHAHAHA!

we will win it on the LAST game of the season!
against cardiff!

Yes.

Will we?

Probably not, but we can hope. 5 point gap and I'd say there's a pretty good chance but goal difference means we need and extra round of fixtures to go our way.

Still I'd look at that gap as 4 points in 4 games than 6 in 5, sound more promising.

No, and it doesn't really matter, finishing second is fine. The last two teams to win the Championship are Reading and QPR. The last two teams to finish second in the Championship are Southampton and Norwich. I rest my case:)

For this to get interesting we have to make up 4 points in 4 games.

How brilliant would it be if we were both promoted come May 4th and we were 2 points behind them?

yeah you have a point, but they never had SB

I keep telling myself to forget Cardiff but 6 points in 5 games, when we have them still to play makes it difficult not to consider it. Also, I'd be on for a decent return if we won it. Especially if Man City win the FA Cup, think I get £550 if City win Championship, Man Utd win Premier League and Man City win FA Cup.

Better to have Barnsley in the comfort zone already when we go there.

i think we can now can them. We need them to **** up once or twice and it's game on. However I honestly think we should be on their good side.
If we need a result on the last day, I'd rather they be champions and one step on their planes to hawaii, rather than in a 3 way battle with watford.

Mind you since they are not playing any of our rivals anymore and we aren't it's game on!

Really hope Barnsley are safe by the time we play them. They're on fire.

First priority is be 4 points ahead of Watford going into the final game. Then if we can still catch Cardiff on the final day then it would probably make it one of the most entertaining yet stress-free matches ever at the KC.

Bet it doesn't happen like that - when do we ever do anything stress-free?

Only 32% possession and one shot on target tonight !

I win £520 if we go up as Champions, nil for second place.
Will still settle for second place.

Just want to go up without the playoff lottery.

We won't catch Cardiff, and I hope we don't because we might not want a game with everything to play for on the last day with Watford on our heels with a better goal difference
