It's not me threatening to attack random people in car parks.

So if the people were not smoking but making sexual remarks about ****ing your one year old that would be better than smoking in front of her?

Depends what you define as a public place. If it's against the law why do some High Streets contain cigarette bins if it's illegal, why would it be legal to put ashtrays in beer gardens, why would it be legal to fix cig bins outside pubs....why have the people outside Tel's supermarket not been arrested :)

The sort of person that starts fights in supermarket car parks with people minding their own business whilst pushing a buggy with a 1 year old child are the real problem.
She could end up being taken into care if you actually do this.

Dude people on the internet don't bother me one bit, to my face it'd be different, you're just taking this all too seriously. I don't want a smoker blowing smoke in my daughters face, it's not like I'm posting flyers through smokers doors warning them of an impending beatdown if they accidentally exhale smoke within a thousand miles of her ffs.
