And Ross's, he couldn't manage Baldwin who totally lost it and from December stated that his mind wasn't up to it and couldn't play at home. Otherwise I totally agree, a good motivational manager should be able to manage the players psychic

I don’t think we’ve ever asked for more just do the best you can and come off the pitch knackered, it’s hard for me to understand how some of the useless bastards we have now can’t see how simple it is.

I was in holiday a few years back in Egypt on one of those all day snorkeling cruises. There were a few young uns on it but never really took any notice of them until I heard one of the young lads say that he played for Hartlepool on loan, so I decided to earwig a bit. In his opinion, he wasn't that fussed that people who paid good money to watch the team shouted at him to run and try and get the ball! He was only a young kid and for me that summed up the attitude of young kids with the wannabe wags ,- give me the money with me not putting the effort in. I had to walk away and try to find something to drink!
