It appears Tony Watt has lost complete control of himself . He has become a spoilt brat and isn't doing himself or other young players any good . It appears Celtic are throwing £300,000 a year for someone who doesn't appreciate it. Maybe , one of the reasons managers like O'Neil WGS and Lennon have been slow to play youngsters from within the club is that they are not convinced that the young players can take the step into Full adult professionalism and become filthy rich over night . Hopefully if and when the many outstanding youngsters get their big contacts They will be able to cope.
Watt is a bad player anyway, will be remembered for the Barca goal and nothing else. Look at our best young player, Forrest, and then look at the boy Fischer at Ajax, Pogba at Juve, 19 and 20, thats what you call an outstanding youngster. Yeah, Marcus Fraser. Looked a really good player that night. He was on the bench a few times after that but things just haven't gone for him injury wise. There was a many a time I wished he had choked on his whistle , but to the younger posters this man was everything that was wrong in scottish football for years .Allowed to cheat for Rangers , cheat against Celtic and no questions were ever asked.
