relapse is part of recovery, so this doesn't mean everything he did was for nothing …. @Libby use this as a positive mate... you have never failed until you stop trying .
wrong because you can learn from it ! obviously not having a relapse is better. I'm talking from experience I tried stopping coke for years and kept slipping up, but eventually I started to realise the triggers and made a mental note of what to avoid, so through my relapses I managed gather information about myself that eventually allowed me to succeed. There is zero point on kicking yourself while you're down ! remind yourself what you did well and grow.,

The man took a year off the booze and has a few jars, fingers luvs mrs, wipes residue on top lip of mate, nearly has a fight. That's a ****ing winner of a night imo

This might not go exactly how you want it to. Personally I’m more in favour of occasionally getting drunk and doing things which make for a good story but some people might prefer sitting in their room without ever drinking or drunkenly fingering anyone for 28 years. Let’s see how it goes.
