I think he’s a smart cookie. No BS, humble, but calls for the right sort of “arrogance” (I took that to mean self-belief), but the bit that interests me is his listening skills. Watch how he listens to questions. He’s not just listening out for keywords he can trot the usual pap out like so many managers. This boy is no fool.
