I'm very pleased to see another forum contributor publicly expressing his realistic appraisal of the hoodwinking of the 'ignorant' British public who are only 'ignorant' because they have been indoctrinated by this very process!

In a sense, ignorance is self-inflicted. So look beyond what these people are telling you to discover what is really being said…

The only languages I really know well enough to understand a commentary are Spanish (basically hows Alonso doing ) and.... German

I emailed virgin media asking about F1, they replied today and they will not be showing F1 on their rented Sky sports channel, as sky wont give them the rights to it. this will come as a surprise and disapointment to all the people on forums who have been saying it doesn't affect them because they have virgin cable.

I will email bt vision and I suspect the same will be true for them.

If a mod can find the right thread then please move this and "bump" the topic back to the top cheers

The most polite way of describing them. Id have gone for a more "colourful" alternative.

 

Sky and virgin are in direct competition so it not really surprising I'd rather let virgin have my money than sky any day.

 

You have to pay extra for sky sports and Virgin pay Sky money to broadcast the chanel. How can they withhold programs. I still dont really believe this. What did they say excatly. Word for word.
