you guys are very taken with skertl. i can see another carragher who needs a guy to go play in fornt of him and make him look good. Hyypia made carrgehr look good. Carvalho made terry look good.... agger made skertl look good. Every time this guy is stuck with anyone esle he looks weak, in the fa cup final drogba picked him out to play off and there's a reason. If someone gives us 15mil sell him.
I have slated Skrtel more times than I have praised him, he as looked woeful at best for the majority of his time at Liverpool. It is only this season he has looked good. Why...? Because Agger is left footed and prefers to play LCB meaning Skrtel is RCB. Alongside Carragher and Soto, Skrtel was forced to play LCB. If people think back to when Skrtel first joined and he looked impressive, he was playing alongside Hyypia who, you guessed it, preferred to play LCB. Coincidence...? I think not. Worth noting that Skrtel as looked absolutely shocking at RB every time he has been pushed out there too.
