Chicken biryani for tonight’s dinner garnished with coriander, cashews & lime.

 

I like a biryani, do you have the curry part of the dish very hot?

 

Yes, I like the veg curry to be at least madras as I find the rice tempers the heat.

It sure ****ing looked terrible in the pan this morning...and hot too ouch!

 

Last nights dinner, I added some roasted carrots in the end as I liked the look of them.

Cheers. I used those sort of cone shape shallots, can’t remember their name, never used them before, but can thoroughly recommend, boss flavour.
