I wont wear 'average performances', from the team or the management. Full stop. Been there, done that. These people are paid very well. If they want to do 'average', they can xxxk off.
We had an unbeaten pre season including an away game against a Bundesliga club and a CL club and I only saw 1 gelling problem and that was a lack of communication between Green and Ferdinand..
Guys, we will have a few average eprformances, not through lack of trying, but because of communication issues, but there is far to much quality in our WHOLE squad now, for us not to come good... Think we are gonna cause some damage this season, to a few unsuspecting teams.....!!
I think our board is better for having contributions and questions from fans of other clubs, always provided that they behave themselves, of course. You raise a valid point and I do think it is likely to be a while before we see the best from our new recruits. However, we now have a very strong squad and are so much better than last year.
