Ireland now +26 over England......doubt they will beat the French by that sort of margin, but would be an epic result if they did.....
I reckon they may get within 10 points but depends what French side turns up....mind this is a very ordinary France team, gone are the days of flair and running the ball from everywhere, they are now no different from the other crash, bang, wallop sides.....
Good to see these teams cut loose for a change. Ireland allowed to offload! You won't see that against the All Blacks, sadly. Italy are not ****, they can live with the best in short bursts, but have a very small playing pool to call on, generally outclassed as the game goes on. Scotland are much better than a couple of years ago, at least they score tries now, but are way too open. It hasn't fallen out well for England, but then they have only played one top class half of rugby in the tournament, second half at the Millenium. A win against France is a decent result, a convincing win is a good result, enough of a gap for the Championship is outstanding. French morale critical.

Italy and Scotland are very poor International teams imo. Italy were a disgrace today! England are far too anxious after a tremendous start. Never a French try there. I think the video ref was only looking at the player's foot and didn't notice that he'd dropped the ball! The French are playing with a freedom only afforded to teams with nothing but pride to play for. England will now do well to even win!
The French don't seem to understand that you are supposed to kick the ball away. They keep passing to each other!
