Exactly what has happened to FHB jnr, who was promised a summer job at Hewitt's Farm. All that changed when they bought in a bunch of East European women. I saw it happen, too while I was picking strawberries, while I was allowed to scavenge the rows that had already been picked, they were directed to the corner where the strawberries were untouched! When I went in with my PYO's I was told there was not enough work for him. Not the greatest of jobs, but a handy one for a student.
Used to go there as a kid, picking Gooseberries. Man, not been there in like 20 something years. Apart from getting stung by a bee there, was not a bad place.
